UCAN faced an unprecedentedly challenging hiring market during the “Great Resignation.” They were looking for a way to standout as an organization as they expanded their team. We put together a campaign, UCANtoo, to take advantage of their greatest recruiting assets to remain competitive in the marketplace.

We developed a multi-platform campaign that utilized digital ads featuring UCAN staff. In addition to ads, we created a microsite (ucantoo.info) to engage job-seekers who could become employees and show them the benefits of working at UCAN. 90% of new hires engaged with the microsite during the campaign. We were able to achieve over 100,000 impressions, 10,000 microsite visits and over 5,000 job listing views
